We’re so glad that you have decided to try The Potion. We believe that our product is of the highest quality, but we understand that not every product is right for every person.
If you don’t love your purchase for any reason, we will refund the full cost of the product. Yes, even if you’ve used it (how else would you know if you like it?) Simply contact us through e-mail within 60 days of placing your order, send the product back to us and we will immediately issue a refund upon receiving the products. If you live in Canada, you will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label. For US orders, it will be the customer's responsibility to ship back returns at their own cost. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable.
*We can only accept returns from residents of the USA and Canada. Returns from a freight forwarding service will not be accepted.
